Anxiety is loud, but God’s voice is louder — He offers peace that surpasses understanding and steadiness in every storm.
Heavenly Father,
Right now, my heart is racing, and my thoughts feel tangled. Anxiety has crept in again, and I’m struggling to breathe beneath its weight. But I bring all of it to You — every worry, every fear, every unknown.
You are the God of peace. Your Word says to cast all my cares on You, because You care for me. So I choose right now to release control. I surrender the what-ifs, the worst-case scenarios, the pressure I place on myself — and I trust You with it all.
Lord, calm my spirit. Slow my mind. Let Your peace guard my heart like a shield. I renounce the spirit of fear and anxiety in the name of Jesus, and I receive the Spirit of truth, love, and soundness of mind.
Help me not to obsess over things I can’t control. Teach me to pray instead of panic, to worship instead of worry. Remind me that You are always near — and You will never let me face anything alone.
Today, I place my heart in Your hands — and I choose to rest in You.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
